Any member who is caught spamming their affiliate link (spamvertising) will immediately lose their membership, and forfeit any and all points, revenues and ownership rights. We also reserve the right to take legal actions against the spammer. Please make sure you understand what spamming is: Spam means unsolicited commercial emails. Sending an ad email to anyone who has not positively confirmed that they want to receive your offers is unsolicited and therefore spam. If you run a mailing list, you may not just add any email address you get or find. The only legal way to use a mailing list is to confirm all additions i.e. do not send mail to any address that has not positively confirmed that it wants to get mail from you.
